Simningen är det perfekta sättet att träna. Det är bra för både yngre och äldre. Det finns nästan ingen chans att du kommer till skada under träningen, och dessutom får du en fantastisk aerobisk träning.

It's predicted by 2050 there will be more plastic in our oceans than fish. It’s time to act, to use our human ingenuity to tackle the problems of plastic waste and access to clean water.
